Write On Review-A-Thon (November 22-24, 2019)

The good news is that I finally got caught up with all my reviews. Yay! The bad news is that I then went on a reading bender and now I’m not so caught up. *sigh*

Here’s what I’ve got to catch up on. Wish me luck!

Write On Review-A-Thon (October 25-27, 2019)

I’m currently playing a serious game of “review catch-up” so this month’s review-a-thon couldn’t have come at a better time. This week I received a pre-ordered book that I can’t wait to read, so I promised myself that I’d review my back list of books before I downloaded and read it. I didn’t, however, promise myself that I wouldn’t continue reading other books, so here we are… again…

I did manage to knock quite a few reviews out before the review-a-thon started, so my list isn’t quite as daunting as I expected. It still ain’t great, but I really, really, really want to start my new book…

Write On Review-A-Thon (August 23-25, 2019)

July’s Review-a-thon was a huge success! Now on to August and since it’s a Bout-of-Books weekend, you’d think that I’d be buried under reviews, but that’s not the case. So far, I’ve reviewed every book I’ve read and I intend to keep it up, so I’m using this month’s Write-on Review-a-thon to help keep me accountable.

Along with my Bout-of-Books reviews, I still have a couple of stragglers from before the read-a-thon started. Even so, it’s still the shortest list of reviews I’ve had to tackle for a while. 😉

Write On Review-A-Thon (July 26-28, 2019)

I didn’t do too bad during June’s Write-on Review-a-thon – but it wasn’t a stellar showing either. I know that it LOOKS like I did a great job, you need to take into consideration that MOST of those reviews (the ones where the author’s name is shown in red) were done AFTER the weekend was over. *sigh*

Once again, my list will probably grow – and needless to say, the first two reviews that I will be writing will be the two that I still haven’t written from last time. Yikes!

Write On Review-A-Thon (June 28-30, 2019)

So, I did a really great job of taking advantage of the monthly Write-on Review-a-thon in April. Not so much in May, since the only thing I managed to do was make a list of the books I needed to review. #EpicFail Hopefully I can redeem myself this weekend, because I am EXTREMELY behind in my reviews.

So, what reviews do I have to write? This list will probably grow because … well… I can’t seem to stop reading long enough to stay caught up. Stay tuned!

Wow! That’s a lot of reviews. Stay tuned (and wish me luck), I’m digging in!

Write On Review-A-Thon (April 26-28, 2019)

So much for being ahead of the game… *sigh*

Write On Review-A-Thon (January 25-27, 2019)

For once, I’m kinda ahead of the game… hopefully, I can keep it up – at least that’s my plan for the year ahead… 😉

So, what reviews do I have to write? This list will probably grow because I’m starting with books that I received ARCs for. Once those are caught up, I’ll play catch up with other books I’ve read and a couple that I’m almost done since I started this post. Stay tuned!

Write On Review-A-Thon (October 26-28, 2018)

And for this month’s Write on-Review-a-thon – a blast from the past… or at least one review left-over from September? *sigh* In my defense, the left-over is from a series that I’ve been going through and I didn’t want to review two books from the same series back-to-back. As excuses go, it’s pretty lame, but it’s the only one I’ve got. 😉

So, what reviews do I have to write? Not nearly as many as I expected, so I must be keeping up better than I thought. Still not great though and since I’m almost finished at least two more books by the end of the weekend… stay tuned 😉

Write On Review-A-Thon (September 28-30, 2018)

Well, I’m not in as good a place as I was last month as far as reviews go, but I’m not as buried as I’ve been in the past. I guess that’s a good thing? I still have a long way to go to get caught up, but I’ll get there and this month’s Write on-Review-a-thon is just the incentive I need.

Write On Review-A-Thon (August 24-26, 2018)

Not only is it a Write On Review-a-thon weekend, but it’s also a Bout-of-Books weekend. Perfect timing, don’t you think? For once I’m not buried under a bunch of reviews that need to be written, but since I try to write reviews as I finish books I read during the Bout-of-Books read-a-thon, I can use all the extra incentive I can get so I don’t end up buried again. 😉
